Reading plans not syncing
I just installed the ebook app on my new iPad mini and it won't sync my reading plans.
Any suggestions?

Yes to all that. Unfortunately The document is empty. On The main Logos Bible app it works.

The first image shows what I see when I open Reading plans from the menu in Faithlife Ebooks app.
You see nothing.
Here is what I see when I open the same thing from the Logos Mobile App
So you know it is available as a document. In the FL Ebooks app I can open a new tab using the plus icon on the bottom toolbar and open Documents and see the reading plan, but it's messed up.

I tried to force close the app on my iPad. I tried to uninstall it and reinstall it. I restarted the iPad before reinstalling. Nothing.
I also have an Android phone and it works perfectly on the Android phone.

I am sorry to hear that you have been having this problem, Kevin.
Please send us logs from the Ebook App on your iPad mini:
1. Open the app.
2. Tap the Menu icon (this icon has three horizontal lines).
3. Tap Help.
4. Press “Report a Problem”We can then look into this further.

No I have not. After I couldn't get things to work I did try toggling it but obviously that didn't have any effect.

Did you get the report I sent?
I uninstalled all betas and am I'm running only the release versions. The reading plans show up almost everywhere but on my phone in the main Logos Bible app, the FL Ebook app and the Study Bible app. I see it on the Logos Bible app and Study Bible app on my iPad mini, but not the Ebook app. It is also there on my MacBook. Also, they show up on my phone in the Docs when opening a new Document from the tabs screen. But the plan is empty.

Bump. This is still a problem. I even submitted support files inside the app and I uninstalled and install the stable release, but still nothing.
So refreshing this tread hoping someone will see it at FL and give me some feedback. Even if it's "we don't know what's going on, but we're working on it" instead of no response making me thing "We don't care because only one person is having the issue."

I am still having the issue too. I figured out that certain reading plans initiated on iOS will sync across devices. But it’s very hit and miss.

I guess I'm going to have to call support like an animal.
Posted here and sent in-app message. Also emailed support and no real responses. Not used to nothing getting any real support from Logos on this kind of thing.

If you upgraded to the latest version, did it fix this for you? I am now able to see my reading plans on all devices.
