Logos 9 not starting in Windows 10 when running multiple displays with a laptop.

Everything used to work fine. I am not aware of any changes in the last week.

Problem: when multiple displays are extending the desktop, Logos 9 won't start. It either hangs up on the initial splashscreen, or the splashscreen comes and then goes away again.

Troubleshooting. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Logos. I have rebooted multiple times. I have tried changing the multiple screen configuration. I narrowed it to down to:

- With two screens but with the external monitor duplicating the laptop screen, Logos works fine.

- With two screen but with the external monitor extending the laptop screen, Logos does not start.

Thanks in advance for any ideas!

I am not a windows user, but it sounds like it is a display issue. Can you verify that Logos isn't actually running, just not visible?

Thanks for the question. I had confirmed it was not running by checking the processes. I ended up deleting the drivers for the displays and rebooting, which caused them to reinstall and it seems to fix the problem. I was not expecting a graphics driver issue to stop Logos from loading, but at least now it is fixed!  Thanks.

I had a similar experience on one of our computers last Saturday. It wasn't on Logos, but an update from Microsoft last week freaked out our AV (3 display) computer. A "check for updates" and reboot fixed the issue.
