    That's curious ... not immediately findable. I wanted to see what was in the book (looks interesting). Logos didn't have a see-inside and DuckDuckGo said Amazon didn't have it ... but they do (and good look-inside).

    But Amazon pointed to an even better one (Orthodox), but prepub in Logos:
