    1. LN 92.30 that (one) those ones; a pronoun that has a reference to a person or object that is relatively distant, or absent (Mt 3:1; Mk 16:10, 11, 13, 20 v.r.), cf. οὗτος (houtos), a pronoun with a reference relatively close;

    2. LN 83.2 ἐκείνης (ekeinēs), there, a place relatively far from a certain perspective (Lk 19:4)

Two senses/meanings are given. Context will determine the choice of "that"  vs "that one" e.g. if followed by a noun e.g. "person", then translate as "that", otherwise "that one" may be used, but translations are not consistent and they may use "that man".
