I have already attempted your suggested solutions in your webpage:

The following description starts at the beginning, but includes the errors I received attempting your suggestions on the above webpage.
When I start Logos it appears normal at first, but then notification of an update to 59 resources appears, followed by download which appears to be successful, then installation that ends with the following popup:
However Logos appears to operate well, just without the updates to the resources.
I have tried restarting Logos and then also restarting Windows 10 but receive the above popup every time
So I tried the manual installation using the URL https://www.logos.com/install but get the following popups

In your Windows directory, do you see a folder named Installer?
If not, try creating that directory - if it does exist, check the folder properties to make sure it is not Read Only
For clarification, the forums are user supported. Most people you interact with here will be users like yourself. When you say "chat person," do you mean text or phone?
Which specific version of Windows 10 are you using? Which specific version of the Logos engine are you using?
I made a recommendation at https://community.logos.com/forums/p/205611/1196461.aspx#1196461 some 6 days ago that you appear not to have seen. I'll repeat it here because it is straightforward, although time consuming (downloading and indexing). It involves the Install routine you tried, but it will fix the errors you encountered:
