Resources not showing up from recent purchase
The resources I recently purchased 5 hours are not showing up in my Logos desktop or Logos web apps. What can I do to fix this?

- Do they appear in your order history on logos.com?
- Is your automatic download limited by time in your program settings?
- Have you tried "Update now" in your command box?

How are you determining that they have not downloaded? Do they show in your library but not on your machine?

They show on the link page that I own them but when I type the title in my library it does not come up

Have you closed and reopened Logos? Sometimes new resources don't show up until you restart the program.

Delete your UpdateManager folder and DownloadManager folder, then restart Logos.

I have tried all the tips and it still does not show my newest resources.

Make sure that you do not have any library filters turned on. Upper left corner of the library tab, click ALL so that no bread crumbs are displayed.
I have myself been looking for a book I "Know!" that I have, can't find it, only to finally realize that I had some sort of filter on. For me it is usually the "New in the last x Days" filter.
