Proclaim not responding upon media upload
I'm on a PC running windows 10 that is up to date. Proclaim is also up to date. I've been running Proclaim for a couple of years with pretty much no problems. However, within the last week or so, when I try to upload personal media into the media browser in Proclaim, the program hangs and eventually goes to "not responding" in the window that pops up for me to select my media from my computer.
UPDATE: I have also uninstalled Proclaim and reinstalled. Still having the same issue.
Anyone else experiencing this? Any suggestions?

Very odd, especially since it just started. Could you have any antivirus or firewalls blocking Proclaim? When you try to upload Proclaim has to access the files on disk, and copy it to a new location, we also start uploading the file. Sometimes this can cause overzealous antivirus to block things.
Could you submit your log files from the help menu? That will give us a clearer picture of the issue.

When I upload images they are uploading to my computers proclaim, but they will not import into the media area or upload for use on other computers. It keeps saying "cannot upload - retry or cancel"

Hi Jordan, I tried it again this morning and it seems to be syncing fine. I'm not sure what happened, but it appears to be working so I suppose sending log files would not help much.

Alright, glad to hear it! We do store logs from previous runs, so they might still provide some insight into what happened. But glad you are up and running.
