The Bible Book Explorer lacks date written data for the deuterocanonical books. Please volunteer to collect this information on behalf of the Verum staff.  Example resources you'll need:

  • Bergsma, John, and Brant Pitre. A Catholic Introduction to the Bible: The Old Testament. Vol. 1. San Francisco, CA: Ignatius Press, 2018.
  • Boadt, Lawrence. Reading the Old Testament: An Introduction. Edited by Richard Clifford and Daniel Harrington. Second Edition. New York; Mahwah, NJ: Paulist Press, 2012.
  • Catholic study Bibles . . .

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

Perhaps you would be more successful if you gave some indication of what to do with that information once collected.

Previously there was a person at Logos who accepted it in spreadsheet format. Currently, we will have to ask who will accept and process it.
