Offline problems in latest release

Since latest update we have been having BIG problems running Proclaim offline. Previously we would sync computer at home then take to church and use happily (no internet at church and because old UK stone building very poor mobile signal). Now programme takes ages to load and then previously synced slides are Greyed out. Hitting ‘on air’ crashes the programme (Windows 11 circle of death and then white out). Makes programme unusable. Any ideas anyone please? We’re tearing our hair out, and frankly I don’t have much hair to spare

Sorry for the issues! We did release a new version yesterday, 3.3..12, that should fix at least the crash when going On Air. It could be that it fixes the other issues too, but we will do some more testing on our end to see.
You can check for the update from Help > About within Proclaim

Thanks Jordan. Helpline talked me through a reinstall yesterday which seems to have fixed the problem, I guess because it downloaded the new release.

Hopefully that will sort out our problems too - we have had exactly the same problem as Adrian when syncing at home and running offline at church.Thanks
