About Proclaim is crashing

I got a "Relaunch" message, which I did and Proclaim rebooted (but it seems like it came up very fast).
I clicked on Help and then About Proclaim and it crashed.

Got another relaunch message but when I relaunch I get this message
I also can't find release notes for 3.4

OK, I found the release notes for 3.4, downloaded 3.4.0.0003 and it's running now.
