Dave, just trying to expand my own knowledge. What is the difference between your search and {Section <Sentence = Interrogative>} INTERSECTS {Addressee <Person Jesus>} ? I just grabbed the search syntax from right clicking on Matthew 15:2 and built it from there. I got more results as well, 181 vs 198. Is it the exclusion of rhetorical questions?
I saw a meme that said Jesus was asked 183 questions and only answered (maybe) 8 of them, but he asked 307 of them himself. I tracked down the source of that info, since I don't like sharing memes without being able to back them up if someone asks (and someone did), and I found it, in a book titled Jesus Is the Question: The 307 Questions Jesus Asked and the 3 He Answered.
It has a chapter on the questions Jesus answered directly. But it doesn't list all the questions he was asked. I wanted to fact-check the number.
Sounds like it's in the right ballpark anyway, between 181 and 198, depending on how you count them.

If you remove the "Rhetorical" property {Label Question} INTERSECTS {Addressee <Person Jesus>} returns 4 more results than your alternative query i.e. Mt 3.14, Mk 14.61, 15.2 and Lk 5.33.

Not in a useful way that would answer my question. First problem: you can't filter on ALL questions, you have to pick a specific question type. So you'd have to go through all the types to find all the questions. Or add up the numbers in each type to find the total.
Second problem: you can't filter on Jesus as the addressee. Selecting the facet "Jesus" under "People" includes questions that are about Jesus, questions Jesus asked, and questions people asked of Jesus.

You can check "he asked 307" against {Label Question} INTERSECTS {Speaker <Person Jesus>} but we do not know whether he included rhetorical Q's and repeated questions. You will get a more accurate "count" in SBLGNT i.e. 392 in Bible Search of the Gospels.

That one I don't need to fact-check, because the book I mentioned above lists them all. (I haven't counted, but I trust the author did, and it's a substantial number anyway.)

Thanks. There's still no way to filter on all questions. You have to pick a type. That's a flaw, I think. There's no way to do an "OR" on different types either. Perhaps there should be an "All Questions" sub-facet.
