Text invisible in sermon docs in web app?
Good Morning!
On my Android phone, the mobile app is working normally.
On my laptop, the web app is working normally.
But, if I open the web app on my Android phone, and then open a sermon document, I can't see the text.
I'm still able to see, at the bottom of the screen, that the document has 1,714 words, and the estimate that could be spoken in 14 minutes. If I enable the outline, I can see my outline - it's all there. If I enter preaching mode, everything shows up - all the text and the slides. Close out of preaching mode, the text and slides disappear again.
The text and slides are invisible whether I choose "Edit" or "Text" or "Slides" or "Handouts."
If I open a resource or my prayer list, the text shows. It seems only my sermon doc text is invisible.
Is anybody else seeing this? Or, maybe I disabled something by accident?
(Everything is synced and up-to-date and I've tried restarting the apps. I first noticed this issue last night, when I wanted to briefly edit a sermon doc on my phone.)

I see the same thing - both on my Android phone and my iPhone

I am really missing being able to edit a sermon doc on my android mobile device. I wonder if it still looks like a fix is coming?

We have placed a high priority on fixing this bug and are hoping to get to it either later this week or will begin work on it next week at the latest. Sorry for the current state of things but we will get a resolution out as quickly as we can.

Please test this again. We have rolled out a good portion of the fix. A little more work remains but from my own personal testing, it's looking much better. Let me know if you're seeing the same. Thanks for your patience with this.

Yes! It's working beautifully!
Nothing is invisible. I made an edit in a sermon doc (using the web app on my phone), and it synced perfectly.
I'm so happy that it's up and running again - I will make use of it!
