Our app for proclaim has been crashing for the past couple weeks. It fails to load, then shut down completely. We’ve searched for an update, but there is nothing. Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

Once we have the log files we should be able to see what the issue is!
The issue is not with our main program — it is working fine. I am speaking of the mobile app, which we use for slide navigation during services. Will the log files still provide the information you are looking for?
Gotcha! Thanks for the clarification. Within the Remote app, you can hit the 3 line (hamburger menu) in the upper right and then use the Send support info button to email the logs to Support.
