mobile app crashes on opening a clipping
When I tried to open one of my clippings in the mobile app it crashes and now every time I start the app it immediately crashes. The web app comes up but fails to load the clipping. The desktop app is fine. Any suggestions?

Sometimes resetting the "workspace" can stop the crash happening.
Is this on iOS or Android?
- If iOS go to Settings, scroll down to and select the Logos Bible app (assuming this is the app you are using) and toggle on the Reset Workspace slider. Then see if the app starts successfully
- I don't know if there is an equivalent option on Android.
If that does allow you to restart the app, try reopening the clipping document and see if it works (I've just tested one of mine and it worked fine)

Please use these instructions to uninstall and then re-install our app.

Using my desktop app, I duplicated my clipping document and then deleted the original so my mobile app would no longer try to open it on startup. That fixed it for me. Guess I can't open clippings in the mobile app?

Did you try again? Did you delete the app like Joe suggested?
