Media Error
None of the videos included in my reading are working correctly. When clicked on, a message is displayed saying, "you don't have the license to view this resource". It also gives me a link to a page on the Logos website that merely leads to a 404 page not found error. The rest of the ebook is working properly, including pictures. Do I need to buy another code for media? Why are the licenses separate?

No specific resource, all of the videos aren't working. It has a long number, the resource Id, which seems to be the same for all videos.

You obviously do have a specific resource which you state isn't working. Which resource has these links?
I squinted my eye and think it is one of these two:

I don't know what to say. FLEB titles (the first link) have no expectation of having those kinds of links working. The second link states that it is a Logos Research edition, which I would expect those links to work.
What are the links to?

Isaac, the video resource should be available to you now. Depending on your settings, you may need to download the resource from your library before viewing the content.
