How do I avoid "Find and connect to your church"?
"Find and connect to your church" shows up frequently on my Android tablet, and my church is NOT connected with Logos, so it's a real waste. Is there any setting to avoid this ad? TIA.

Go into the app menu (three horizontal icons at the bottom right), select Church Presentations and deselect Ask to follow nearby presentations

I do this constantly, and the Find and Connect to your Church keeps coming up each time I open the Logos app. My church does not even have this feature.

I thought I had thanked you, but I don't see it here. Thank you. :-) I do appreciate it. It worked well.

Talk to your pastor and get it set up.

Sounds strange - is this on Android or iOS?
Please post a screenshot (use the paperclip icon) of what you have in the Church Presentations section of the menu

Thanks for the solution Graham. I hadn't found this setting, and it was bothering me too.

Graham turning off this setting does not stop Logos from interrupting me every Sunday morning.

Thanks, Joe. Yes, Android 12.
Was hoping not to delete it all to reinstall again as I have lots of downloaded books. But I'll give it a go. I guess it's possible that Smart Switch didn't set up the Faithlife account correctly on my A73.

I don't think that's the case Joe with JT above noting he sees this problem on occasions. And I believe he only uses Apple devices.

True, but my case, if I remember correctly, typically involves new updated software. It does not happen every day or week, but it certainly isn’t “One and done.”

My case as well. Android 11. I rarely see it these days, but there are days it randomly seems to appear.

I've been getting this a lot too. Also an Android user. Not bothered by it enough to go through a reinstall.

Hi Graham,
Thanks for pointing this out, What I should have said is:

This has been fixed in the latest update to version 23 that was released this morning. Now, when you tap "No, thanks" in the notification, the notification will not show up again. Thank you for your patience on this!
