Attn FL: Prepubs can't be discovered!
As you can see in the screenshot below, when someone searches for a title, the search defaults to "live" titles only... which really isn't helpful. If someone is looking for a book and want to order it, they should know if it is already on pre-pub. Why send them elsewhere?

I understand your point. I just don't understand eBooks.FL.
If you remove 'Live' ... all the Logos.com prepubs in development pop up? Which I guess are eBooks at intro? Or not.

My post was specifically about searches. In this case, I searched for a book coming out today (which I have already pre-ordered) called "Truth Over Tribe." When you do a search, it doesnt appear because the list is pre-filtered for "live" titles only, eliminating pre-pubs. If you click the "x" next to "live," then that filter goes away and the book does appear. Most people would not notice (or expect) that.DMB said:If you remove 'Live' ... all the Logos.com prepubs in development pop up?
Having a "live" filter is good. Having it be the default is not.0 -

I think others commented on that in the past (I seem to remember a thread by Rosie Perera), but I don't remember a compelling explanation on why this was set as it is - maybe I forgot.

Hi all,
I've sent a request to our dev team about removing the automatic "Live" tag to search. I have a feeling there was a reason for doing that which I'm not currently privy to but I'll follow up once I have more information.
No updates since then. Here's the thread:
