Feature Sets

I purchased Verbum Platinum. I also am a Verbum Now subscriber.

Following this conversation - https://community.logos.com/forums/t/210754.aspx I should have a full feature set.

But, looking at this link, https://verbum.com/compare/featuresets  I do not own all the features.  As a Now subscriber I have access to some, but do not own them.  Also, despite the purchase and being a Now subscriber I do not own or have access to all the listed features.

Looking at this old conversation https://community.logos.com/forums/p/130005/845896.aspx#845896 there has been confusion in the past.

What are the differences in the 'features'?  Why here am I shown https://community.logos.com/forums/p/130005/845896.aspx#845896  my Platinum comes with a Verbum 10 Full Feature Upgrade but I still don't have all the features?  Hearkening back to the old conversation....I am confused.

Thanks and God Bless,

Kevin

As a Verbum Now subscriber you would have been given the option of purchasing Verbum Platinum with or without the features. Can you verify that you chose the with features option?

I thought I did...I purchased the platinum package from here https://verbum.com/compare/packages and I took it that it included the "Verbum 10 Full Feature Upgrade"

Should I have clicked on the link and added it to shopping cart?  So confusing when I thought I read it included the feature set for gold and above purchses....

I saw that...and went back to it and tried to compare what I have and don't have.  Will continue to research and probably give them a call as I am confused.

    Thanks

Kevin, please let me know what you are missing from the Verbum full feature set. On launch night we updated Verbum now features, and it should have feature parity with the Verbum Full Feature Set.

    Kevin,

I just checked your account, and I can confirm that you have access to the full feature set (Verbum 10 Full Feature Upgrade) via Verbum Now. It's true that you don't *own* the features because your access to them comes through the subscription (whereas you *own* your library). You purchased the Platinum library, and you have access to the full feature set via your subscription.

    Hope that helps!

    TL,

To be honest I don't know what I'm supposed to have.  I bought the V10 Platinum which I thought may include the full feature set based on what is listed with the packages.  https://verbum.com/compare/packages

But here https://verbum.com/product/228346/verbum-10-platinum I see there are items available with a V10 full feature upgrade that I did not get.  Hence I have 190 items under a temporary license due to my Now membership.

So why is it listed that there is a feature set of "Verbum 10 Full Feature Upgrade" in the Platinum Column at one site but apparently not at the other?

Again, I do have the resources under a temporary license but I thought the full upgrade came with Gold and above.  I'll know better next time.

Oh, and thanks for the work on V10....I like it.

I should also say that I am very pleased with the product.  I'm all set and will continue to use it and praise Verbum, Logos, and Faithlife.

    All good stuff....

The "Full Feature Upgrade" is available for purchase because you do not own it, but you have access to it via your Verbum Now subscription.

The confusion is that we primarily sell Platinum as a combination of feature set and library. You're only able to buy the library alone if you subscribe to the feature set. What you bought is the Verbum 10 Platinum _library_.

Long story short: you currently have access to all Verbum 10 features, and your subscription allowed you to buy the Platinum library without buying the feature set.
