It appears every time i start going in Sermon Builder on my iPad Air 4 that the sermon document refreshes (probably in synchronization to the cloud), the problem or the bug is the fact that every time it does this the page scrolls up to the top WHILE I AM TYPING.  Is there anyway this synchronization can be done without losing the current focus or screen position?  Thank you!

    Hi Michael

I am sorry to hear that you have been having this problem.

Can you please confirm which keyboard you are using when this occurs?

Sure thing - I am using the logitech combo touch, and ARTECK bluetooth keyboard (not at same time) have had the issue with both of them.

Thank you for bumping this post - I felt like my issue didnt matter but in reality it was probably getting pushed down by other posts.

I'm having this issue using a 6th gen iPad w/ a Logitech Keys 2 Go keyboard. I initially assumed that it was due to using an older iPad, so I ordered an M1 iPad Air. Oh well, it made for a good excuse to order one, lol.

We are aware of this issue internally and have produced some code that we think will address this issue.  It will be arriving in an upcoming update but is not available as of today.  Please continue to update the app when you see one is available.

I apologize for the current experience but we look forward to resolving this for you all soon.
