URGENT: BUG: L10 Closing After Clicking Link
I'm having L10 close on me when I click the 'Test Yourself' and 'Unit Evaluation' links at the end of each chapter and unit in Berean School of the Bible resources. It was working in L9 yesterday.
The resources I tested this with are:
- Old Testament Survey: An independent-study textbook. Second Edition. Springfield, MO: Global University. 2010.
- New Testament Survey: An independent-study textbook. Third Edition. Springfield, MO: Global University. 2010.
I have restarted my laptop. That did not resolve the issue.
This is an URGENT problem for me. I cannot move forward in my coursework. Please fix this or help me with a solution!

I'm just getting the ball rolling. You don't say what platform you're on, but either way:

When you log it, make sure after Logos closes abnormally, don't restart before uploading the log files.
This will at least highlight where the issue is.

Just treat it as if it were media.

OK, Scott. We need some more expertise. Hopefully, our 2 system experts will see this thread.
The issue appears to be Windows-1252, an old legacy font, the new L10 doesn't seem to like (likely the .Net update).
Are you using an old font in the text box, before clicking on the 'next' choices? I'm just guessing.

Scott - I am not an expert at logs and I don't use the feature you are having troubles with. However, I did open you zip directory and noticed that there was not a "logos.log" file, which indicates that logging was not enabled. Can you make sure logging is enabled and grab those logs after another crash? This will help the full fledged techies once they are able to chime in.

I kind of doubt the font issue. I'm just using whatever font Win10, L10, and the resource use.
This is what I'm clicking that causes L10 to close-- the 'Click here' link:0 -
This crash is already fixed for 10.1 Beta 3 (which will come out next week).
Until that is released (or the fix is pulled into a new Logos 10.0 Service Release), there's no known workaround for the problem, sorry.

Faithlife runs on a 6 week cycle: B1, B2, B3, B4, RC, Release (Gold) so on the beta 3 release -- in three weeks, on the beta 4 release - in two weeks . . .
