What happened to the Payment Plans?
Recently I had to return my copy of Verbum 10 Gold and cancel my payment plan for personal reasons. My financial situation has improved, and I can afford it again, but when I place Verbum 10 Gold in my cart there is no payment plan option, just paying in full. I checked several other products, and they also offer no payment plan option either.
Am I doing something wrong, or is this a system glitch? I'm using Microsoft Edge, but I also tried it in Chrome, but got the same result.

Strange - I am seeing one
But they don't appear for lower-priced items - I don't know what the cutoff is for when they become an option.

Just a guess here. But, is it possible that cancelling a payment plan means that you’re on some kind of probation for now? Perhaps you need to contact customer service?

Shalom Jeffrey!
I am also not offered any payment plan option:

Ah, I missed that alert. That sounds more probable than my theory.

Since it looks like some accounts are able to get payment plans and others aren't I suspect HJ is correct. So what I did was to create a new account (this one) - same personal profile info, same credit card, different email address - and buy it on that account then delete my old account. It went thru on this new account. I have Verbum Gold on the payment plan and I'm happy, so all's well that ends well I guess.

I had them downgrade when I was laid off 4 years ago, so from platinum which I always had to bronze, which in effect, meant It was paid in full at that point. At the time I got laid off from a job where I made about 35% of what I do now. Most of my time was spent volunteering in ministry (which pays well spiritually, but turns out logos doesn‘T accept that form of payment 😂). I prefer payment plans because it reminds me I have it and motivates me to build consistent habits. I contemplated creating a new profile but, unfortunately, that’s not a viable option. I’ve been a member for over 8 years, I have a huge library and dynamic pricing that amounts to well under half the normal price as a result. Plus countless notes, work etc etc in current profile.
I reached out to support via email To see if they’ll unlock the option. If not 🤷🏼♂️, I have the Logos 7 platinum library, logos 8 bronze. I’ll just pass on the upgrade to 10. I would imagine grace land forgiveness should be a thing, since this is a Christian company focused on helping people go deeper, we’ll see. If anyone else has been in a similar situation to mine and they unlocked the payment plans again, I’d be curious to hear. Realistically, when I upgraded to platinum and their sales called me several times a week to up sell me and didn’t stop calling until they succeeded - at the time it was a stretch financially and questionable morally from their perspective in regards to pressured sales… Now the cost is inconsequential and I’m choosing to buy it without being coerced, and a payment plan isn’t available - it def doesn’t give me the warm fuzzies. I completed several payment plans successfully, technically, with the downgrade, the one years ago was completed also.

Sales is what I would reach out to in your position.
