We're on Logos 10, yet this problem has persisted for me since 2007 or 2008.

Can someone please tell me how to fix this? I've tried the methods suggested by tech support, but nothing changes. I am now on my third or fourth computer since starting to use Logos, and this problem has occurred on each system. I cannot get my desktop version to synchronize.
