Logos 10 hanging in MacOS 10 at app startup
I'm, since yesterday, unable to start Logos 10 up! I've tried updating the OS and the APP, but neither have solved the problem.
The app window opens up without content and the spinning beach ball is the only activity after a few seconds!
This is my bread and butter app, I'm struggling without it. Can anybody help, please. Thank you.

The first thing to try is restarting your computer and loading to a blank layout. Press and hold the command key immediatly upon startup. If that does not work, you will need to provide logs. The instructions you need are in the link in my signature line.

As you seem to be on MacOS 10.6 you should be aware that it is not supported for Logos/Verbum 9/10 and you need to be on 10.14 or higher.

Paul - I assume that Dave is getting this info from your signature line... but I realise you may have not updated that. However, his point is a good one. What specific version of macOS are you running?

I also cannot find where to update my signature...
In any case, now to attempt to follow your advice - I have been on the road since yesterday.

The logs show a normal startup on MacOS 13 i.e. it loaded a layout with about 25 tabs.

That as it may be, but I only see the below, with a spinning beach ball of death:
Here is the system log file I obtain after Force Quit:

Plus, Force Quite shows it hanging and unresponsive:
