Verbum Now Preview
I am looking at the Verbum Now preview and see it is listed for $84.99. But if I buy the volumes separate the cost is $71.97. Not much of a benefit. Where is the error? Total price or individual volume?

That's still how it works. You get to preview the book for a month, and then you can save 40% when purchase the book the following month. So this month's preview will be discounted 40% next month.

Discounted from the individual volume prices of $23.99 which equals $71.97 or the $84.99 for the set? That is my point...the prices "do not compute". Why would someone want to buy a 3 volume set for $84.99 when they could by the 3 volumes individually, for about 15% less?

I'm afraid all your references to Verbum Now threw me off, since the problem has nothing to do with Verbum Now.
You are correct that the current regular price of https://verbum.com/product/34188/the-way-of-the-lord-jesus exceeds the current regular price of the three volumes contained in it.

Except that, as I noted, the constituent volumes are not sale priced, notwithstanding the deceptive text of the PDP of the collection. The individual volumes are all at their current regular price, which differs from their list price. If they were on sale, their PDPs would indicate that, and they do not.
