Extremely Slow Downloads Last Few Sundays

I do most of my work in Proclaim during the week and 95% is done by Friday morning. But when I download the service at church it is EXTREMELY slow and has been the last few weeks. it's not our computer or Internet because everything else is very fast.

Sorry for the delay. When you are experiencing the slow download, are you seeing the download progress bar? Specific items will have a spinner on their slide in edit view and clicking the sync icon should show a menu item with the overall progress. If you don't see those, then it could also be our sync itself (which is more the metadata about the presentation, not the media themselves) and then slide rendering itself.
In general, our downloads are quite fast, as we make use of CDNs to ensure things are cached and geographically close, so I am surprised to here it is slow for you. Where about in the world are you? Could be we do need to look into how are CDNs are working in your area.

Sorry, but it's been a busy time so I didn't have time to get back to you.
I can see the progress and it just barely moves at times. This is usually at about 9:45-10:15 am EST. I'm in Valdese, NC which is about 90 minutes NNW of Charlotte and an hour East of Asheville.

I don't know if you did anything, but today download was MUCH faster. It took under a minute to download a very full media rich presentation with a lot of new media uploaded from another computer.
