Logos gives an "Unexpected operator" error on a search *it* constructed

I was trying to construct a search that would find all occurrences of the phrase "answered prayers" that were near either "Bible" or "Scripture". How would you do that?

I tried "answered prayers" NEAR (Bible, Scripture) but I got an error message:

So then I tried ("answered prayers" NEAR Bible), ("answered prayers" NEAR Scripture) but I got another error:

Finally I tried letting Logos construct the search for me, using the search template "Either Term: This or That" and typing "answered prayers" NEAR Bible in the top box and "answered prayers" NEAR Scripture in the bottom.

The search Logos constructed has extra unmatched " marks in it.

And again it resulted in an error.

How would you do this search? And were any of those error messages (especially the last one) unexpected?
