Problem connecting to SongSelect

12075.Proclaim Logs.zip

I have been using Proclaim with our SongSelect account linked for 2 1/2 years now and have never encountered this error message "an error occurred getting results."   My SongSelect account is still linked, my computer's system time is set to auto update, and my password has not changed.

I am attaching the log file as instructed.   Thank you.

    Sorry about that Angie. Can you go to your avatar in the upper-right > Link your account... and then remove your CCLI account followed by re-adding it. This will prompt you to re-sign in to SongSelect by CCLI. 

    This should restore your access. Please let us know if that works for you and let us know if it happens again. CCLI has a new API we migrated to and we have seen this crop up from time to time. We implemented some changes that seem to have improved things, but we are still watching it.
