February Free Book of the Month Code not Working

Just received the monthly e-mail for Verbum Now benefits.  The monthly free book does not seem to be working for me.  I'm getting an "Invalid Code" message when I try to use it.  Help please.

    Do you mean the February birthday code? Or the Feb Free Book of the Month? They're different. You do not need a code for the Free Book of the Month, if you used your birthday code that may be why it's not working. You would have wasted your code on something that's already free.

    If you're trying your birthday code on another item (that's not already free) and it's not working then contact customer service since mine worked fine this morning.

    As mentioned .. "February Free Book of the Month". It's in the email. Been doing it for many years now. Here it is: "Get your monthly free book Now members get to pick one free book each month from a list of thousands of titles!     Do you mean the February birthday code? Or the Feb Free Book of the Month? They're different.

    Yes, but Deacon Steve really means the Verbum Now benefits code. Verbum Now used to be a parallel subscription program to Logos Now (which has changed to Faithlife Connect) and still offers a monthly free book. However, the website still carries the January code. It seems there is a manual update needed that hasn't occurred yet - this has happened before.

    I apologize for the code not working at the beginning of the month. It should work now.
