Hello,

am trying to use the ISBN Scanner tool on the Android Pone App to add all my print library books to Logos 10.

The books are added successfully to the "Print Library" on the phone, but are not syncing through the Logos 10 Desktop App. If I try to filter my Library in the Desktop App using the "Print Library" option, then no books appear.

Below you can see I have added 5 books to the Print Library using the ISBN Scanner on my Phone:

But these books above do not appear in the Logos 10 Desktop App??

Any advice to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

I'm sure you have verified that this is the same account, right? Have you restarted your computer? Have you force killed and restarted your mobile app?

This is working for me as expected. Adding a resource from mobile device via PL and my resource count increased in my Logos application. Can you double check both accounts are the same? Mobile, you can't sign out - you'll have to delete the app to sign back in again if you notice from the settings menu the accounts don't line up.

Yes, I am signed in to both mobile and desktop apps with the same account. I have also uninstalled the mobile app and re-installed it.

What was interessting is that all the "Print Library" books I had previously added via the ISBN Scanner tool, remained in the PL on the mobile App once I reinstalled it. Which means they are correctly syncing to the cloud...

I just cannot understand then why they dont appear on the desktop app? I am running the latest version 23 of the Logos Desktop.

I've been having this issue and finally emailed Customer Service. They sent this which worked for me:

I would recommend recreating your Documents folder by following the steps below for your device.
    Windows

    1. Quit Logos.
    2. Press Window key + R.
    3. Type %localappdata% and press Go.
    4. Open the Logos folder.
    5. Delete the Documents folder.
    6. Reopen Logos.

    Mac

    1. Quit Logos.
    2. Open a Finder window.
    3. Press CMD+Shift+G on your keyboard.
    4. Type ~/library/application support/Logos4
    5. Click Go.
    6. Delete the Documents folder.
    7. Reopen Logos.
