Faithlife Study Bible problems
When I open the Faithlife Study Bible it slows down my application and says you do not have access to this resource. I am not sure if this is something that I can replicate or not. Does anyone have advice?
EDIT.
Here is what I do.
1. Open Logos
2. Open FSB
3. Type John 1:1-18 in search bar.
4. PC heats up, motor fan comes on, PC becomes sluggish within 15 mins.
5. Then it says, You do not have a license to view this resource.

Do you have more than one account (username & password)? The screenshot you provided doesn't show us that the resource in question is "owned" by the account you are using.

There is also the possibility that it is not downloaded which would account for only part of the problem.

Find it in your library.
Open the information panel.
On the left side of the panel is a box that says if it is downloaded or not.
