Why doesn't Verbum have the Popular Quotes Feature?
This thread mentions it is in the help manual. https://community.logos.com/forums/p/210484/1236417.aspx#1236417
Plus, you go to the Verbum.com/features page and under homily builder it shows the quotation marks indicating that Popular Quotes is available. But, I just chatted with someone at Logos/Verbum and it is not available with Verbum packages. It is a marketing decision he noted.
Why doesn't Verbum have the Popular Quotes Feature?

I can't find the thread where it was discussed but I believe it was because the dataset that the feature draws from is more aligned to a Protestant perspective than to a Verbum one.
If I remember correctly, there are plans to add it at some point - but I am not sure.

It was pulled out during beta as the method of selecting quotes was inappropriate for the Catholic audience - some downright anti-Catholic examples were encountered. I have suggested that the Catholic form of the feature be built around the Liturgical Training Press's series of quotations by season and sacrament. I don't know what FL plans are, however, but I am sure that with a show of demand for the feature it could be brought into Verbum.
