Video did not play as expected in Proclaim

For our service on Sunday we were planning to use the video Bandit's Guide to Being a Pretty Good Dad _ Bluey
This was added into the Proclaim service using a computer at the home of one of our team but, for some reason, it didn't properly download to our presentation computer.
It appears correctly in the service, showing the duration of the video.
But when we go on air there are no controls showing to start the video - as though all that is there is the picture
This was first noticed on Friday evening - when a different Proclaim service was being used but it wasn't investigated then. Log from that session below:
7762.638228538275401242_Proclaim.log
And then it didn't work during the service on Sunday - logs from that session below (the different logs are when the operator was stopping / restarting Proclaim to see it that resolve anything):
4466.638228543079953446_Proclaim.log
8420.638228545426353689_Proclaim.log
6457.638228548057361175_Proclaim.log
However, when I open Proclaim on my home computer, the video syncs and I can play it without any problem.
When the problem occurred we were running Proclaim 3.6.0.0029 but I have just updated to 3.6.0031 and this didn't change anything in this area.
Any thoughts / insight appreciated
Thanks, Graham

Hi Graham, thanks for the report.
I checked out your presentation and got the same thing on Windows, but not on Mac. When I downloaded the file and tried to play it using the Windows system player, I got a popup that told me I needed the AV1 codec. Once I downloaded that from the Microsoft store, I switched off of the video item in Proclaim, then back to it, and was able to play the video as expected.
Can you try to get the AV1 extension on your computer and see if that helps?

Thanks Brandon - really appreciate you checking into this.
And what you suggest sounds promising - I'll check it when I'm back in the church building tomorrow
Appreciated, Graham

Hi Brandon
I've just followed the steps you outlined and it fixed the problem, the video now plays correctly.
I really appreciate the quick diagnsosis (I'll try and remember that!) and clear directions as to how to resolve it
Thanks, Graham
