Mobile Ed Course as Part of Verbum 10

Good afternoon,

I need some help please.  I upgraded to Verbum 10 Silver at the end of May.  The base package description said that I could choose as Mobile Ed Course, but I haven't been able to figure out how to do that.  I thought I might get an e-mail giving instructions but that was not the case.  Can someone help?

    Try calling them. From what I can recall if you purchased Silver and up you qualify for a second special Mobile Ed offer. https://www.logos.com/bonus-courses

    IIRC the instructions for obtaining the course was on the receipt for purchase.

    I don't know about 10, but when I upgraded to Logos 9, I think there was a coupon code in my email receipt with a link and instructions.

    I'm sorry to hear about the trouble.  I took a look at your account and I see that you purchased the Verbum 10 Silver Library Upgrade.  The free Mobile Ed course offer can only be applied when you purchase your first full base package for Logos/Verbum 10, meaning that you will be able to select a free Mobile Ed course if you also purchased the Verbum 10 Silver Feature Upgrade.  If you do purchase the Verbum 10 Silver Feature Upgrade, you'll be able to redeem your free course here: https://www.logos.com/redeem-course
