Constantly disconnected from SongSelect

I changed my password about 3 months ago and ever since then I have to reconnect my SongSelect account to Proclaim about once a week. Would like to attach logs but keep getting this error.

Either the site is offline or an unhandled error occurred. We apologize and have logged the error. Please try your request again or if you know who your site administrator is let them know too.
Sigh.

Have you tried submitting logs from the Proclaim Help menu?

Yes I have the logs from Proclaim in a zip file. When I try to attach them on this forum I get the error message above.

Hm, what about when you click "submit log files"? That should work around the forums entirely, and I can watch for your logs in our system to make sure they get matched up with your post correctly.
