Factbook Not Working (It's just blank)
I have Logos 10 and version 29.1.22. When I type something into the Factbook search box, autocomplete helps me find all the topics containing the letters I typed, but when I click on any one of them, the whole Window remains blank and empty There's not results tree displayed. How can I fix this?

On Win 11, I can't recreate your problem. By the results tree are you referring to the optional facet sidebar on the left? When I open Factbook from the toolbar, for me it opens to last page shown not a blank page. What level of features do you have for your 29.1.22 (it is also shown in the About Logos page)?

I am having the same issue on Win 10.
Edit: When I restarted Logos it will open but it takes 3 or so minutes to populate.

Thanks again for the report. Could you please upload your log files and attach that on a reply using the paperclip icon? It be helpful to know know which page you are attempting to access and whether the issue occurs on all pages or only specific ones.

Hi Bradley,
Another member posted that doing a reboot of Logos and their PC ended up resolving the issue. Do you mind giving that a try?

Hi Bradley. I will add the steps I used.
Open task manager
Force close Logos. It was using 75.5% CPU
Close Web Browser
Restart PC.

Whoops! I spoke to soon! It's working on one computer but not the other. I'll follow through with the diagnostic steps you gave me.
