Web App Notes not working within PC version of Logos 10
They still appear fine in the web app but within Windows 11 Logos 10 seems to load the first 7 or so but will not allow me to be open any or scroll down through them
This is a decent i9 PC with plenty of RAM , SSD etc on a 1200mb connection
My notes dont appear correctly in https://documents.logos.com/ either but again fine on the web app?

Some screenshots would allow us to understand the problem (pasting does not work):
- notes in web app
- their appearance in desktop Notes tool
- their appearance in documents.logos.com
Does the desktop allow you to filter notes using the sidebar e.g. by Highlight, by Notes, by resource?

The notes section of Logos 10 is frozen at per the picture.
If you are running v10 then you need to update to the latest version i.e. v30.1

I'm afraid that is confusing. If it is Dec 2023, it is version 30.1 (30.1.38). You can confirm from the App Help menu (ALT+P) > About Logos, top left.

I suggest you quit Logos and rename the NotesToolManager folder at %localappdata%\Logos\Documents\random-number.
The folder will be recreated when you restart Logos (and the original can be restored in an emergency).

Ive found the folder, renamed to Temp and restarted
This forced a resync, but unfortunately the problem still exists
The entire notes section is frozen. Even the Add note button drops down does not respond to being selected
Fortunately I know all the notes are still OK from within the web version, but they are a critical function needed for me to use Logos 10 on PC rather than the web

Please contact Customer Service as they should be more useful diagnosing this issue, but use Logos 30.1 as the version.
