weird issue on most of my videos
You can see in the video in the link that when I start my countdown for instance, it blinks the frame where its at 4:49 in the countdown, but then starts normal....this is happening to me on tons of videos, on all my computers I have tried.

Adam, sorry about that. Looks like there is an issue with Windows, such that the 'thumbnail' was saved as the first frame... And we use the first frame to try and mask the slight loading time that videos have. Where as the thumbnail is used for the media browser
I will be taking a look this next week to see if we can clean up the videos affected and try to minimize this issue. Sorry for the delay.

Any video that has already been uploaded will still be borked. I’m looking into identifying these videos and fixing them.
however, a new video should upload correctly. Can you try a new video? (Note: you can’t upload a video you have already uploaded as proclaim will detect it and skip the upload)
