Editable text box on all slides

I need to find a way of producing announcement slides that all have a text box that contains text that can be edited just before the service begins.

This text box will be at the bottom of of the announcements slides, but which can be edited once about 10 mins before the service. The edit will then populate the text box on all slides.

This is so we can give the congregation a code to enter a translation app.

I am new to Proclaim and am finding it very difficult to understand the best way to do this. Smart MEdia may be the answer but I can't get it to work.

Easily edited, and easily cancelled when the service starts.
