Problem with Faithlife and Proclaim

I can't seem to access the faithlife website. I get a 500: Internal Server Error. When I try to use Proclaim it doesn't sync properly. And I can't load any online media or content at all. I tried visiting the twitter to send them a tweet and I was greeted with this:

hmmm. so i think this isn't the official twitter of faithlife. but the link in the @FaithlifeOps' profile goes to this, though.

I find the most efficient way to contact Logos is to give them a ring. Being in the UK it is cheapest for me to use Skype.
