Posts, even from long-time users, that are detected as being suspicious (by the forum system) will be held for moderation.
In this case, it looks like you attempted to post a lot of replies with just the single word "Voted". That can trigger moderation for spam-like behavior.
Posting the same message multiple times in quick succession with a hyperlink to an external site (in your case, it was archive.org) can also trigger spam blocks.

Very weird. I do have an account. When I sign out it shows it is available but when signed in it is unavailable. The Internet Archive is an invaluable resource for those of us who do not have a large library accessible. I wonder if it is something to do with my PC or internet connection? Crazy indeed.
Any reason as to why this post is pending?
