No. But the subscription products launch in the Fall at some point. Those with L10 Gold etc can get it earlier
Logos 10 Full features is required to get a healthy discount with Early Access and you need Max to get all the new features (AI mainly). Logos 10 Gold is more expensive because it includes books with the Full Feature set.
If you have a current Connect subscription you should continue until the Fall official release timeframe to properly evaluate your options as perks/discounts will be finalised. The L10 Full Features will still be available at that time, but with an attractive discount.

I have a Connect subscription as well as Logo 10 Gold and Logos 9 Platinum. I don't own the features, though. I am considering jumping in now even though I have six months left on my annual Connect subscription because of the half-price discount available now. I am disappointed that the Sermon features require the Pro level that doubles the current Connect price (at the full price). My concern is that if I wait until Fall, the price of the subscription might be significantly higher that the $149 annual price with the Early Access subscription. Paying both subscriptions for six months in not ideal, but I don't think I find enough other value just to get the Sermon features at full price, as I am not particularly interested in the AI features.
I also noticed that the subscriptions don't mention things like Factbook, Guides, and so on. Are they going to require an additional charge?

It could be that you don't need a feature upgrade to get a discount on the new subscriptions
