Test flight asking me to enter Redeem Code

Hi,

I opted out of the beta testing to sort out some problems I had. When I went to switch back TestFlight is asking for a redeem code.

  Have you tried reinstalling the Testflight app? Then typing https://testflight.apple.com/join/ftLCn5d6 into a web browser on your phone.
