Proclaim Software Update Not Working

These forums are mostly populated with volunteers who are more than willing to help out with problems. Logos staff are quite good at posing in but there is no guarantee that they will be along.

You will get greater exposure of your problem if you eschew posting links and post screenshots (using the paperclip in the toolbar).

Some of us have a hesitancy about clicking on links that we are not familiar with.
