NEW FEATURE: Bible Study Builder
The Bible Study Builder allows you to craft personalized Bible studies with ease using your Logos library and intuitive AI-driven questions. Simply type in a Bible reference and select a question from published study guides or utilize AI to generate thought-provoking questions.
From there, you can move questions into your Bible Study document, reorder them, edit them to reword them, and add your own questions, notes, or additional text or headings. At the end of this process, the output can be shared or exported. Editing can be done online and offline. This feature is available on the desktop app, web app and mobile app: iOS and Android – phones, tablets, and iPads.
This feature requires a license to access it. Please join this Faithlife group if you'd like to participate in testing Bible Study Builder.

I am part of the beta testing group and have the beta version of the app, plus an early access subscription but don't have this feature on my Android phone (folding phone so I have access to tablet features like Sermon builder etc on larger internal screen). Is my device being weird, or has this not rolled out to Android yet?
Or am I just missing it? I assume it should be listed with the other tools?

On my Android phone it is the last entry in the Documents section - called Bible Studies

Strange - I only have 4 items on the list: Clippings, Passage List, Reading Plans or Sermons.
I definitely have the latest app version installed.

EDIT: I initially wrote Reading plans instead of Prayers, but that's when you create a new document from the documents pane, not just the list bit that I think you meant!

What is the build number? You can find this in the About section in the More menu (three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner). The latest beta build is 37.0.0 (1360000120).
From what I can see on my end, you should be able to see Bible Study Builder. In the More menu, the Bible Studies document should be the first option in the Documents section and the Bible Study Builder should be the second option in the Tools section. Please send a screenshot of your More menu if you don't see this.

Thanks for the details, James. I've made a small change to your status in the Logos Pro early access group, in hopes that that will fix the issue. Can you check to see if you can see Bible Study Builder now?

I'm afraid not, no! Sorry!

Are you able to see other beta features, such as the Dynamic Toolbar on the desktop app or the Get Started Wizard in the Homepage Dashboard on the desktop and web apps?

I don't have a laptop/desktop computer, but yes, I have access to new features in the web app - I can also access the bible study builder there, just not in the mobile app.

Okay, we believe we've found the issue. We're working on getting a fix shipped out soon to the beta app. Thanks for all your help in tracking this down.

Downloaded the latest beta just now, and it's all sorted. Thanks!

I would like to test out this new feature - - Bible Study Builder - the AI insights led me to it. In any event, is this released yet in the early subscription program or is it still in Beta?
I saw in my desktop application the Bible Study Builder data set was "updated" recently after I followed this group but I cannot find the feature/document type anywhere, within my Mobile or Desktop application.

is it still in Beta?
Yes, it is in beta for the first time.

I really appreciate the Bible Study Builder. It does the hard work of pulling together discussion questions that are often buried in numerous other resources. However, there are other resources I own that should be included in such a search that do not appear to be consulted. One particular resource is the CSB Life Connections Study Bible Notes. Is there a way to add or force the search engine to look at overlooked books?

I'm glad you're enjoying it.
Currently a question is eligible to appear in the Bible Study Builder if the following criteria are met:
- There is an input box that allows you to enter answer a question inline
- The input box belongs to an open Bible milestone.
This gives us flexibility to either add input boxes or Bible milestones.
CSB Life Connection Study Bible Notes is in the process of receiving input boxes so you'll see its inclusion in the data in the next couple of months.0 -

Whether or not a book has Bible milestones is fairly easy to determine. I don't think there is an easy way for you to find all the books in your library that have input boxes.

Thanks for your response. Not what I was hoping for, but certainly clear.

. I don't think there is an easy way for you to find all the books in your library that have input boxes.
But is there a way to suggest that books get input boxes added e.g. Levy, Sarah, and Steven Levy. The JPS Rashi Discussion Torah Commentary. JPS Study Bible Series. Philadelphia: The Jewish Publication Society, 2017. so the questions could be picked up?

Kyle, that is a good question. It would make things much easier if there was a clear way to request book with questions be added.

Reporting in the forums or using Feedback is a good place to report titles that could use either input boxes or Bible milestones.
For example, I didn't have the JPS Discussion Torah Commentary on any list. Now it is.0
