Bible Word Study Hebrew problem

Per my two screenshots, I have BHS connected to the Bible Word Study via link set A, so that when I click a Hebrew word, it opens the Word Study to that word. But I keep having a problem, namely, the first time I click, it tries to open the Word study on a transliteration of the Hebrew root. A second click (or third) tends to run it on the actual Hebrew. What's going on here, and how do I fix it? This is pretty consistent.

What's the resource ID of your BHS?

I can't reproduce this yet. Do you have any other panels in Link Set A, or is it just BHS and BWS?

I also have it linked to a panel with HALOT in multi view, with NIDOTTE and TDNT.

Still happening with updated setup. Clicking on duš, Bible word study loads correctly to the Hebrew. But when I start scrolling HALOT (the first in my lexicon column), it goes to the transliterated word. Seems like my screenshot is too big (32" 4k), so link here. https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/h82lle4ha44pwt1vewxdm/Screenshot-2024-11-11-at-10.35.36-AM.png?rlkey=1q75jwqiv6soz99291wh6upog&dl=0

I would have guessed the culprit is TDOT (has a transliterated index). But apparently it's related to NIDOTTE (which is headachy).  Above I assume you didn't mean TDNT.

I've got this down. I have nothing open but BHS, HALOT, and the Bible Word Study (BWS), all connected with link set A. Clicking on a Hebrew word correctly opens the lexicon and BWS, but any scrolling through HALOT triggers BWS into looking up a transliterated version… which doesn't work.

Right now, try Amos 1:11 and šichet. As soon as I start scrolling through HALOT, BWS looks up mašḥīt.
