Yes. That is not very good. I hate the abridged versions. Hopefully Logos will offer the full version soon.

Hard to say. Do licenses have expiration dates? I looked at this after seeing your question.
Martins original "The Kingdom of the Cults" was published in 1965.
I have a 1997 Printed edition (Bethany House) listing Hank Hanegraaff as General Editor.
Wikipedia says "After Martin's death, a revised and expanded edition was issued that listed Ravi K. Zacharias as “general editor." Linked to Worldcat entry 2003 which verifies. Interestingly, the Hanegraaff edition is not mentioned at all on the Wikipedia page.
The Amazon page for this edition says "Working closely together, Ravi Zacharias and Managing Editors Jill and Kevin Rische (daughter of Dr. Martin) have updated and augmented the work with new material." and is also published by Bethany House.
Sixth edition (2019) currently on Amazon has a forward naming Martins daughter Jill Martin Rische as managing editor.
Jill Martin Rische is also named as Co-author of the abridged version you mentioned in your post.
There has been a long running dispute between Hanegraaff and Dr. Martins surviving family, which has been magnified since Hanegraaff's conversion to Eastern Orthodoxy. Could these things possibly affect copyright claims to Martins work?
Or maybe someone is working on a new edition?

The Amazon page for this edition says "Working closely together, Ravi Zacharias and Managing Editors Jill and Kevin Rische (daughter of Dr. Martin) have updated and augmented the work with new material." and is also published by Bethany House.
I think that a number of publishers pulled everything that had the name Ravi Zaharias on it from their catalogs. Maybe that's the reason.

Logos had the latest edition in the Faithlife ebooks store and it hasn't appeared as a pre-pub in Logos.

I remember back in the day there were some legal battles and some nastiness (allegedly) from Martin's estate executors over the book and co-authors. I don't remember many details.
The Ravi thing throws a totally different wrench into the wheels, but I'm sure it also had an effect.
Too bad, as it was/is a good resource and certainly will need updates fairly regularly as the landscape changes.

Which edition was previously available on Logos?
I have the 2019 6th edition ebook, Walter Martin author, listed as the Definitive Work on the Subject, published by Bethany House. Managing editors are Kevin Rische and Jill Martin Rische. Ravi Zacharias is no where mentioned.Meanwhile, Jesus kept on growing wiser and more mature, and in favor with God and his fellow man.

Ravi Zacharias is no where mentioned.
He was the editor of a previous version. There was a controversy, but I don't remember the details. It does look like he was removed for the newest edition.

If there is not some weird issue with the book, my best guess is that the book falls into the category of a book Logos wants as a Logos edition and is withholding it from FLEB until they can acquire the rights to do so.
