Print catalog

Please consider adding the print catalog feature as an a al carte option. I'm sure many people, myself included, would purchase it as a standalone feature, because they may be priced out of the packages it is contained in.

Not sure if it's possible to edit the title of this request, but I would have noticed and voted for this sooner if the title had been something like "Standalone purchase for print catalog feature" or something.

Yeah, I am not sure why something that does not contain any published material in itself, but would simply be a reference to things we already own, needs to be in the most expensive packages with hundreds of dollars worth of stuff I will almost certainly, never use.

Auto sorting of folders and favorites in Favorites
It would be nice to be able to sort the folder contents in Favorites by name, date, letter, number, etc., in addition to the current manual sorting.
