Sharing Media among Teams

We would love an easy way to share media between 2 different presentation teams within our church. For instance, our church logo has been uploaded in the main presentation team media but when a new team was created for our Youth Group, they could not access the logo in their media. It would be nice if we had an option to share an image/video with any of our other teams.

We love the idea of the Team function in this newest update of Proclaim, but we have lots of files in the Media files that our new teams can't access. Files and images that we have uploaded are now in the original team, but can't be accessed by the new team. Is there a way we can get to these without having to re-upload all of them?

Yes, this would be great since our church has uploaded thousands of motion and static backgrounds. It would be a waste of Proclaim's resources for us to reupload these items to each team. We have not created additional teams yet since this feature is not yet available. Thank you for your consideration!
