Pin visual filters for easy on/off

It would be nice to be able to pin visual filters to the toolbar (such as discourse) so that they can be quickly turned on and off without having to click the top level and scroll down, down, down to find and choose every time.

@james-38 Something like the interlinears would be perfect where you can click the left side icon to turn the feature on or off with a single click, or click the drop down arrow next to the icon to make changes to individual filters.0
