Reading View: Persist selected passage when changing layouts

As a user, I want to have the selected passages persist when I change from one layout to another. For instance, I choose Gen 1:1 on a layout aimed at grammatical analysis, and then change to another layout aimed at historical analysis. Changing the layout should keep the same passage selected.

@Brandon Gross Can you please be more specific? Are you asking for layouts to sync across devices (phone and tablet)?

@Ali Pope You're welcome. I also voted for the ability to sync layouts from device to device too. I have 3 different mobile devices and it is tediousto re-create my views everywhere.
